The airco well® set contains cleaning chemicals and a reusable tool for state-of-the-art cleaning. The cleaning pressure penetrates the evaporator of the air-conditioning unit. The area around the interior air filter is cleaned without leaving any residue. Our instructions enable you to easily meet the VDI/ZDK requirements for all car models.

    • Application area


  • With airco well®, you can clean both the evaporator and the pollen filter housing of a vehicle air-conditioning unit according to the latest technological standards. This is recommended each time the pollen filter is changed, at least every 12 months, in accordance with VDI/ZDK Guideline 6032.


    • Instructions


    Cleaning the evaporator:
    Place a collection tray under the condensate drain. Use footwell protection
    on the passenger side. Remove the interior filter and get rid of any coarse dirt (e.g. leaves) in the ventilation system. Guide the probe through the air trunking to the evaporator, carefully bending the probe if necessary (max. 45°). Fill the pressure cup gun with the entire contents of the airco well® 994 and connect to the compressed air. Place your thumb on the guide disc and perform the spray test. Ensure that the spray direction is correct and check whether the liquid flows into the tray. Rinse the entire evaporator by moving the probe back and forth.
    Cleaning the pollen filter box:
    Pull the cleaning cloth over the airco well® cleaning tool. Pull the holes over the hooks.
    Shake airco well® 998 for 15-20 seconds before use. Hold the tool and the cloth vertically, insert the 998 can and completely empty the contents. Wipe out the area evenly
    with the 998-soaked cloth. Discard the cloth after use.
