The area around the interior air filter is cleaned without leaving any residue. Our instructions enable you to easily meet the VDI requirements for all car models.

Cleaning the evaporator:
Place a collection tray under the condensate drain.
Use footwell protection on the passenger side.
Remove the interior filter and get rid of any coarse dirt, e.g. leaves, in the ventilation system.
Guide the probe through the air trunking to the evaporator - if necessary, adjust the probe by carefully bending it. IMPORTANT: The probe must not be bent more than 45 degrees.
Fill the pressure cup gun with the entire contents of the airco well® 994 and connect on the air side.
Place your thumb on the guide disc (fix the spray direction) and perform the spray test. IMPORTANT: Ensure that the spray direction is correct and check whether the liquid flows through the drain into the collection tray.
Operate the pressure cup gun and rinse the evaporator with the entire contents of the pressure cup gun by moving the probe back and forth.
Cleaning the pollen filter box:
Attach the cloth: Pull the cleaning cloth evenly over the airco well® tool. Pull the holes at the bottom end of the cloth over the hooks on the pollen filter box tool to prevent the cloth from slipping.
Shake the airco well® cleaner: Shake the 998 Hygienic Cleaner well before use (15-20 seconds).
Application of the cleaner: Hold the pollen filter box tool with the cloth hanging vertically downwards and insert the 998 can. Use your thumb to push the cartridge fully into place to release the cleaning foam. The specially developed cleaning foam starts to work immediately.
Clean the pollen filter housing: Quickly insert the 19050 Pollen Filter Box Cleaning Tool with the 998-soaked cleaning cloth into the pollen filter housing and wipe it out evenly.
Dispose of the cloth after use.

The case contents are sufficient for the complete cleaning of a vehicle air-conditioning unit (evaporator and pollen filter box).
